Spring Maintenance Season is Here
Holy cow, we never thought we would get through this winter, especially the way that March saw what seemed like a weekly cycle of Nor’easters. But, here we are finally. The last of the snow is melting away and we have already seen the temps creep past 60 degrees a couple of times. What all of this means is that it is time for homeowners to begin thinking about semiannual comfort system maintenance.
Ensuring that your home’s air conditioning works properly is not a job to be scheduled for a 90 degree day, but rather early in the season so that an expert technician has an opportunity to test the system prior to seasonal use. Our techs will come to your home and put the system through a proper inspection and test for any abnormalities in proper functionality. The coal is that the system responds and functions properly when you need to use it later in the season when warm temps arrive. What we look to avoid is continued operation of the system without a seasonal check up. Running a system hard throughout the summer with no inspection can result in small issues becoming larger, and often more expensive issues. To avoid this, leave it to a Mauger & Co. comfort pro to inspect your HVAC system for any issues, large and small so that you can enjoy cool, healthy air all summer long!
